The best ones come from you
Suggest a topic
What have you been told at the yard that nobody can actually explain? That is the good stuff. Send it over.
It does not need to be a proper question. "Somebody told me you should never let them drink cold water after work and I have never known whether that is real" is a perfect suggestion. So is "why does everyone at my yard do this one thing and none of them can say why".
The things that make the best issues are usually small, specific, and slightly annoying. Rules with no reason attached. Kit everybody buys without knowing what it does. Advice that changes depending on who is holding the haynet.
What happens next
I read all of them. If yours turns into an issue I will say so at the top, by first name only unless you would rather I did not mention you at all. Plenty of them turn into a line in a future letter rather than a whole issue, which is still a win.
One thing I cannot do is answer questions about your own horse. That is your vet's job, and they have actually seen the animal.
Go on then.
