FACILITY BOOKING · FOR YARDS
Your riders see what is open and book it themselves. You decide who gets an account. Free for one arena.
Somebody asks whether the school is free at six. Four people answer and two of them are wrong. Somebody else turns up to find a lesson running, because the person who booked it said so on Tuesday and it has scrolled off the top.
A group chat is no place to keep a diary that eight people rely on.
Your yard already runs on WhatsApp, so the booking can happen there too. Pin one link in the group and a tap opens a private chat with the booking line. It lists what is free and they pick a slot.
The bot cannot sit in the group itself, because WhatsApp does not let businesses do that. The pinned link is the way in.
It runs on its own
Riders go straight there and save it to their phone. Put it on the noticeboard and on the gate.
Nobody has to make an account with The Lazy Horseman to book at your yard.
Priced on facilities, never on riders. Add every livery on the yard and the bill does not move.
Free is open now. The rest are on their way.
Leave your email and you will hear the week your yard can set up. No sales call, because there is nobody here to make one.
For yard owners. Separate from the Thursday letter.
